The 12 Times a Year monthly reflection template helps you recognize what counts in your life, calibrate your focus and put your intentions into practice.
Even with great intentions and aspirations at one point (e.g. beginning of the year), it’s hard to navigate 12 months of life accordingly. With deadlines, work and chores, it’s all too easy to become reactive in day-to-day life.
12 Times a Year helps you stay true to what matters for you by periodically reconnecting with yourself. Within just 2 hours per month, you look back on your previous month and turn your insights into practical guidance for your everyday life.
The monthly reflection process is split into 2 parts:
What happened in your life? Identify what has made you happy, what made you sad, what you’re proud of, what you would like to do differently in the future, and what you have learned this month.
Use management best practices to define what you want to focus on this month, break it down into measurable chunks and see how you can maximize your odds of intentional action.
You can do the reflection alone (90min) or in a group (120min), where your silent reflection is followed by an optional opportunity to share your findings.
Just enter your email below. Plus, we’ll send you a monthly reminder to help you stay on track.
"Time spent in self-reflection is never wasted – it is an intimate date with yourself."
